I AM Wednesday

I AM...

...tired of packing.

...a puzzle master, making all these items fit neatly and tightly into boxes!

...a mother to 4 beautiful and precious children!

...a wife to a loving, hard working husband, who will do whatever it takes to take care of his family!

...a daughter to the strongest, most inspirational mother a girl could ever have; and who never seems to run out of unconditional love!

...so very thankful for all the prayers said on my behalf!

...in pain right now, but thankful to be alive!

...looking forward to our "new" life in Kansas.

...sad to leave our life here in Georgia.

...praising God that home is where the heart is!

...trying to remember that my eternal home isn't in Kansas or Georgia. My eyes are to be kept on things above!

I AM Wednesday

I AM...

...going to start drinking 6 glasses of water a day

...going to take my vitamins EVERY day

...going to make a checklist every morning of what I want to accomplish each day, and use it as a guide for my day

...determined to put everything in it's place, and KEEP it there!

...focusing on reverencing my husband as the bible commands

...putting our families financial goals in front of my "wants"

...asking God to give me wisdom about what is a "want" and what is a "need" for our family

...praying earnestly for my extended family. They are always in my thoughts and in my heart, but too often I neglect them in my prayers

...reading my bible and christian growth book EVERY NIGHT so as to be sensitive to God's will and at peace in my heart

I AM really trying to be a good steward of all that God has given me. Reminding myself, that to whom much is given, much is required. God has given me eternal life, saved me from a life that had no value or worth, and given me a strong, loving, faithful husband and 4 beautiful, precious individually different children to bless my days. He's also provided me with a wonderful home in which to make a haven of rest for my husband, and a safe & loving environment for my children to grow and learn according to His Word. How blessed I AM and how much more I need to be doing to show my gratitude!

I AM WEDNESDAY

I am...

...very strong willed.

...in love with my husband of 11 years.

...stubborn and thick headed at times.

...ALWAYS very, very emotional. (thanks mom)

...a procrastinator.

...loving, and kind.

...compassionate, and empathetic. (thank you Lord, thank you)

...not self-disciplined, but I'm working on it.

...horrible at keeping up with laundry.

...a Pizza fanatic!

...a perfectionist. Although I'm starting to believe it may be mild OCD!

...a proud mother of 4 beautiful children!

...a child of the King! Looking forward to my home in Heaven!

...a sucker for fudge brownies, and donuts.

...ME!

I AM WEDNESDAY

Today we are going to have a little fun with a post that popped up in my head today while I was cleaning around the house. Today's post is going to be all about the things that I AM the queen of!

I AM...

...The Queen of~ just put it in the general area, and I'll put it away later.

...The Queen of~ let's go out and get something to eat because I don't feel like cooking tonight.

...The Queen of~ I'll do the dishes after I check my blogs.

...The Queen of~ because I said so!

...The Queen of~ diet Cherry Dr. Pepper is better than being fat, right? (probably not)

...The Queen of~ putting a million holes in the wall until I get the picture hung just right.

...The Queen of~ moving around all the furniture one day just because I feel like it!

...The Queen of~ changing moods with the wind.

...The Queen of~ clothes have to match or we don't leave the house.

But all these things are okay, because I AM the Queen of~my nest!

And my King, Princes, and Princesses love me!
