Facebook

Okay, so I've never been a fan of facebook. I just feel like they have way too many open doors and am so scared of the lack of privacy. However, I am going to be joining a bible study accountability group, and will need to be on Facebook. So, I am creating my account, and if any of you are already on and want to link up as friends, let me know! It's going to take me a while to figure out how it all works, but I'm hoping it will go smoothly!

  1. I completely understand how you feel, and I have had the same reservations about it. BUT ... it has been nice to keep in contact with family and friends since we don't live by any of them.

I'd love to be friends on FB, too! :)

  2. I'm on Facebook as well. I started on FB to keep in touch with the girls at work when the company went bankrupt. The advantage has been finding friends from school, many who are now Christians praise the Lord! But you're right, you need to go to account settings and keep as private as you possibly can. The options are there, you just need to go in and uncheck pretty much everything. I did and it's very helpful.

Yay, now we can be FB buddies too!
